On our website, you can register and create an account in order to register as a speaker, sponsor, exhibitor or attendee and provide other business, employment and/or contact information such as your company position or title, company name, industry, expertise and business contact information such as telephone number, fax number, e-mail address. This information is used to facilitate and manage your website profile, and is otherwise used and disclosed as described below in the “Disclosure of Your Personal Information” section. We will also collect your password and login name and an additional security identification question (such as city of birth or mother’s maiden name), which is used to maintain security of our website and control access to your online profile.
We may use the personal information that you provide, including your address, e-mail address, telephone and/or fax number to send you periodic information about, and invitations to, future conferences or events. We use this information to understand our show attendees and their interests in general. This information is used on a non-identifiable basis.
Business Identification. Visitors to trade and industry shows may be required to provide business identification, such as a personalized business card or proof of your employment with a specific organization. This information, for instance requested on visitor registration forms, is used to verify that you are attending in a business capacity and to understand your purchasing role.
Additional Business Attendee Information.
