EXHIBIT SPACE COST
$34.00 per sq ft
50% deposit must accompany the signed agreement
Final payment of remaining 50% must be received no later than August 30, 2013.
Applications received after August 30, 2013 must be accompanied by 100% of total estimated space costs.
